Who We Are

The same way an in-person counseling session does. However, online counseling is done from the privacy of your own home, while simply using a computer or smartphone device. Prior to your initial session, you will receive an email inviting you to our client portal to complete onboarding (consents, standard questionnaire, account details, etc..). Once you begin meeting with your provider, you will be able to confront life circumstances, work towards healing, and pursue new beginnings. 

Our electronic health records system is proven to be safe, secure and technologically sound. The program satisfies both HITRUST and HIPAA security requirements. Our software provides bank level security to protect all account information and data processed electronically. 

Attend sessions regularly, be honest with yourself and your provider, and be willing to step out of your comfort zone to pursue the life that you deserve.

Research has shown that online therapy is often as effective as traditional face-to-face treatment. However, while online therapy has many benefits, it may not be the best choice for every situation.  

The cost is the same as in-person sessions. However, because there is no weekly cost of commuting back and forth to appointments, many believe online counseling is more affordable. 

All appointments are voluntary as long as you are not court-ordered for services. However, some insurance companies may have a set number of appointments they are willing to reimburse for. We can assist you by consulting with your coverage to determine whether or not any particular requirements or limitations exist.
