 If your insurance plan isn’t listed, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Insurance networks change frequently, and we may have recently added your plan. We’re happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Many health insurance and EAP plans cover counseling services either fully or partially. To check your coverage, simply call the customer service number on your insurance card and ask about your Outpatient Mental Health benefits. If your plan doesn’t cover services with us, we invite you to explore our self-pay options, which offer flexibility and financial support when needed.

Progressive Life Counseling is an online platform that delivers a multitude of services from a diverse group of professionals. Therefore, self-pay rates may vary based on the provider, nature of the service, and duration of treatment. Yet, our standard self-pay rate for a conventional online counseling appointment is $135 per session. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, all major credit and debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted for payment at the time of service.

Progressive Life Counseling understands that you may sometimes need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments are specifically reserved for you, and we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to miss or cancel your appointment. If you do not provide this notice, you may be charged a fee of $50 or the full service amount, as insurance companies do not cover this expense. Thank you for your understanding.
