Please check your insurance benefits by simply calling the customer service number on your card and asking them for your "Outpatient Mental Health benefits." If your insurance does NOT partially or fully cover our counseling services, we strongly encourage you to consider our "Fee for Service" options.

  Progressive Life Counseling is an online platform that delivers a multitude of services from a diverse group of professionals. Therefore, Fee-for-service rates may vary based on the provider, nature of the service, and duration of treatment. Yet, our standard Fee for Service rate for a conventional online counseling appointment is $135 per session. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, all major credit and debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted for payment of services at the time of service.

Progressive Life Counseling understands that you may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for you. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before any missed or canceled appointment. If not, you may be charged the full fee for that missed session, as insurance companies will not cover this expense.
