Online. Simple. Effective.

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Lee University. I believe that each person is striving to grow and heal, and sometimes professional guidance can make the journey feel less overwhelming. The first step toward healing is knowing you don’t have to walk alone.
I strive to create a safe, affirming, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space where communication and healing can flourish. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique experiences and needs. I am passionate about integrating creative, mind-body therapies—such as meditation, yoga, and art—to help my clients connect with their inner awareness, ease anxiety, and heal from past trauma.
I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, from young children to adults in their seventies. My areas of specialty include ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict, behavioral issues, self-esteem, and stress. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. My eclectic style allows me to draw from multiple theories, customizing my approach to fit your preferences and goals. I also believe humor is an essential part of resilience and healing.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy walking outdoors, dancing, gardening, church and community involvement, and spending time with family and friends. I love exploring new cultures, traditions, and places, which enriches both my personal life and professional practice.
If you believe we could be a good match, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation or book an appointment today to begin your journey toward healing.
