About Chris

   I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who wants to help you achieve the quality of life you are searching for. I am easygoing, goal-oriented, and motivated to help you obtain the tools you need to better your life.

I currently work with individuals, couples, and families ages 18 and up. My areas of specialty include but are not limited to the following: Anxiety and depression, relationship and couples counseling, PTSD, childhood trauma, and stress management. Other areas include LGBTQ+, family conflict, and self-esteem and confidence issues.

I utilize aspects of CBT, person-centered, and goal-oriented therapy. I like to incorporate the client's creativity and personality into our sessions as a motivator.

I hold two master’s degrees, one in Clinical Mental Health and one in Psychology, from Concordia University in Chicago.

I am a singer/songwriter who enjoys playing and listening to music, spending time with my wife, family, and two golden retrievers, and spending time outdoors.
